Hello Greendot , I was at the revival too and must have seen you buzzing around - a great weekend. I had a look at some jeeps while I was there and apart from a solitary slat grille all the rest were M201 made to look ww2 .

Hi Barrie,
The M201 is a cool vehicle but its not a WW2 vehicle, i'm biased of course but theres something to be said for driving an original Wartime vehicle, for me the main interest is the originality but to each their own. I chatted to one of the guys with the M201's and he absolutely loved it, everyones different! I've now cleaned the jeep to within an inch of its life, only going to get it dirty again!

Just went thru the hole thread, very impressive work you've done. GPW looks spectacular, love the fact that you left some spots with the original paint and I believe rifle carrier adds so much personality as is. Hope to see more soon.

Could not resist to do this when I saw this particular photo, so here it goes:

I'll stick around to see what comes next! Cheers!

Decided to go on a fishing trip,

Firstly I caught a tiddler

I suppose I should throw it back in and let it grow up a bit

Oh God, look what it turned into, a sea monster!
