What to do??

Post by chasendeer » Wed May 15, 2013 5:48 am

I picked up a couple of GPWs yesterday. One is 11/3/42 and the other apears to be in th 11,000 range. I'm torn on what to do with them sell them, keep them or part them. The early one will get parted (brown one). Neither have GPW engines both CJ. Frame and glove box match on green one. The roll bar was not attached, thank good ness.

They are both good starting bases for restoration and you would be a darn fool...mind my bluntness; to part them out.

Sure they have issues...but sitting in what looks like the desert they have only surface rust. I would at least try and sell them complete at first before parting them.

Definitely worth keeping them together. I sent you an email regarding the 11/3/42 jeep.
