I would have like to have know it was for sale, as I may have very well purchased it. Oh well, there will be others.

Amazing, just amazing condition. I'm sure I'll never find one in that condition up here in the Central NY rust belt....
I saved this post in my favorites so I can use the pics as a reference on the off chance I ever do find one around here...

Are there any close-up photo's of this trailer? I am particularly in need of close-up photo's of the A frame with bolts and other hardware etc.

Good looking trailer, but who wants to pay that shipping from US to France ??
There are so many trailers over here.

Many trailers? I am not sure about that.
The reason for shipping? Because it is super rare in this condition. That's why I would like to see more photo's with more details. Maybe the new owner in France can provide these photo's?

Re: Original Unrestored WWII jeep trailer 1943 Willys MBT
Hello,
What about this yellow colour inside? My Dec. 42 MBT has the same ???
But on the external sides it is a red primer under the olive drab...
Any idea?
Tx, Alex

The "yellow" looks to be original paint that oxidized to a mustard color. I'm guessing the outside was also oxidized and linseed oil was used to bring back the OD color.
