head gasket question

Post by 1943Willysgpw » Tue Jan 23, 2018 10:27 am

I cannot remember which thread I was reading at the time but, someone had said there is an early and late head gasket. If so, what is the difference and will the late work for either?

I must be getting old. My memory is fading. That was only a year and a half ago. I remember researching this because there was no head sets available and the full set was more cost effective than buying individual gaskets. Anyway, the thread I was remembering was newer on head gaskets for VEP and later models. However, this answered my question. (the big oval) Thank you Adam.
