Glove box lock spring info

Post by sam C. » Mon Jan 22, 2018 4:56 am

I have a keyed glove box lock but it’s missing the locking “wedge” and the spring. (Hopefully that’s all that’s missing)
Can anyone give me any info as to what the spring’s dimensions are? And/or a source for that spring?
I’m guessing there’s three components? The main lock body, the spring, and the wedge? Being incomplete, I don’t have a clue how it all assembles or if I’m missing something else. I’d like to get it back together.
