Would this serial number be considered a early production?

Just picked it up has mostly intact engine and fair body will post pics soon.

Radiator and air cleaner look to be the correct type...engine is not correct...looks like a V-6?

The carb cap is correct, which leads me to think its NOT a V anything motor, as the carb would be centered. It's not the right motor, is it a Dodge slant 6? Looks odd & the pic is small.

It looks like a jeep motor underneath a pump of some sort mounted across the front. The distrubutor does look a little strange, but is in the right place.

Nope all original gpw engine just looks strange in the pic have yet to pull the block number but has the correct GPW head

Think the bracket for the 12 volt alternator is what throws you off in the pic!
