At what serial number did the switch from a Willys style frame to a GPW frame occur?

There is no clear cut serial number change in GPWs from the Midland frame to the Murray frame.

Ford documents show that 8000 Midland frames were to be used. The highest numbered one that I am aware of is in the mid 11,xxx range in very late March, 42.

The earliest Murray frame that I am aware of is in the 78xx range in mid March, 42
