This is actually pretty cool. It was offering rides by me (Lake County, CA) last weekend. The weather was crappy so I didn't want to fork over the $70. It was great seeing and hearing it fly right over my house though.

Hey Michael, nice you brought this up.
If you didn't get a ride in this classic, you missed out. Four of us got together for the ride and it was so neat. That plane is like a brand new machine despite having been built in 1926. Great flight! The three co-pilots were Ernie Ongaro, Paul Fitzgerald and Dr. Keith Palmer. Paul wanted to fly upside down but they said they needed another motor to do that.

Took my three daughters for a ride in that tri-motor in 2008!
My Grandfather flew them for S.A.F.E. Airlines out of Dallas, then for TWA.
