Having my boxes drawn up now. Simultaneously working on the correct round type battery boxes. Contemplating on either the square antenna box or angled box.

Thanks to Fred for the knurled knobs!

Thanks to Robin for the generator!

No, you have a flyboy Dynamotor...

I gave you a list up a few posts along with the TCS manuals. You need to do a little research so you can tell the correct stuff.

Here is a photo of the most common... a COL-21881.

Here is a later one that can use 12v or 24v, the COL-211330. This one had its final inspection on 3-20-1945 and was sealed NIB.

It was $12, so I figured what the heck. At the time I found it, I didn't have anything to reference it.

Body needs a lot of work. So many pin holes!

Today, we took the tub to the shop to have the rusted sections cut out, and new ones fabricated, and replaced. At first we used a plasma cutter to cut the tub, but we found out we can do it a little better with a cutting wheel to cut out rusted sections and drilled out the spot welds.

Lots of Military duty has put this on hold. It still looks like a pile of parts, though not a rusted pile of junk. The fabrication of the radio and battery boxes has drawn all resources away from the jeep itself.

Still in search of:

Spicer 18W tensioner arm......... FOUND!
