The photo below shows a flypast of four privetly owned English Electric Lightnings on Saturday 23 Sept at Ysterplaat AFB (FAYP), Cape Town, South Africa. They are operated by Thunder City who also have three airworthy Buccaneers and several Hawker Hunters. The two seat Lightnings are used to take tourists on supersonic flips ...great if you have the $$
