Hello all looking to sell my fuel drop tank. I fully sandblasted, primer, and painted this. Looking for a value and then a reasonable offer, located in northern California.

Re: Fuel Drop Tank
I've only had one person tell me an estimated value and that was around 2,500 but wanted to get other opinions, to the right person its worth the money but Im also not trying to rip anyone off. If your interested make me a good offer, would look great hanging in a shop or off your airplane!

I sold one of those for $100.00 about 20 years ago, I think it is off an F-105 but not positive about that. I'm sure it is worth more than $100.00 but I doubt anywhere near $2500.00

Yeah, I saw one sold at a show for $500 last year and it was in great original condition.clintm20 wrote:I sold one of those for $100.00 about 20 years ago, I think it is off an F-105 but not positive about that. I'm sure it is worth more than $100.00 but I doubt anywhere near $2500.00
