WTB: Horizontal Stabilizer for PT-19 Fairchild

Post by TopKick » Sun Feb 19, 2017 1:09 pm

I am trying to assist my CAF Chapter in locating and purchasing a horizontal stabilizer for our PT-19 Fairchild WWII Trainer aircraft. Please let me know of any are available. NOS is preferable. Thanks.

Very Respectfully,

TopKick

Let me check my source.
If any available I will pm.
4 were scrapped back in 2004, old salvage yard with many WW2 parts etc.

NOS in flyable condition will be pretty hard to find. I do know someone that does rebuld them if you strike out on a new one.

Hey Top: I apologize for not catching this sooner. The kids and wife have been sick and I've been moving the shop and household stuff to our other place. I'll pm Mike's info when I get home this morning. I don't know what he charges or how his schedule is, but he is a Fairchild expert.
