I can ship via either UPS or the USPS. Both have shipping point in the next town north of me, they are located in Henrietta, NY. ( 14467 or 14623 )

Re: Gun mount support kit
Since I am pretty new to using this forum I don't quite understand what you mean.
I assume (dangerous word) that "pm" means "private messages" but when I selected private messages there were none.
Anyway, it would be helpful if you would clarify what you meant by "pm".
Thanks,
Butch

Re: Gun mount support kit
Bought the support from John Emery and the gun pedistal from BMG. The gun pedistal is the short one for the mule. I am mounting an M60 on my mule. Since I'm not mounting a 106 on the mule I drilled and tapped the top ring of the support so I could bolt the gun pedistal to it. If I or anyone else wanted to mount the 106 it would be a simple matter of removing the gun pedistal and mount the 106 on it's T&E adapter.
I know, I know, the M60 was never mounted on mules (but it could have).......and ya gotta admit it does look kinda cool.

Re: Gun mount support kit
You are correct the 106, TOW and Litter kits were the only Gov Mods for the Mule.
During the Viet Nam era for the mule there may have been many in field MODs possibly including Machine Gun and Mortar conversions.
Pics of in field mods would be interesting.

I started this, but sold my mount earlier this summer. Sorry for the delay in responding.

Re: Gun mount support kit
Muleman7, you indicated litter kits as being one of the official government mods. Do you have any reference materials on this?
