Perché mancano sempre le foto che servono??? :lol:

Lato destro, per bene come hai fatto, e poi guarda sul labbro di accoppiamento della coppa se c'è scritto qualcosa...

Maurizio,in settimana,tornero' a Piacenza in rettifica,faro' altre foto;alfine di renderLe il lavoro d'identificazione,piu' semplice...ma ,la volta scorsa non vidi nulla.Pero' nel dubbio ..Abbia pazienza.Grazie ancora Andrea B

Buonasera Maurizio, come va?
Sono tornato a Piacenza e ho fotografato il motore....più attentamente;ho la sensazione, come anticipatoLe, di non avere i dati da Lei richiesti, a parte dei numeri, credo stampigliati vicino a una finestra di scarico, in epoca,credo recente.
A Lei le valutazioni e le considerazioni.
Con il meccanico abbiamo tentato di pulire il talloncino sul monoblocco,alla ricerca della lettura del numero di matricola, con la lente e molta fatica, oltre il solito GPW , la stella , gli unici numeri leggibili ,sono: 7719 , dopodiche', sembra ci sia ancora la stella, tenga conto che siamo andati più per deduzione... ed interpretazione , perchè la superficie è molto corrosa.
Anche sul labbro di accoppiamento della coppa olio, ho trovato dei numeri che Lei vedrà in foto, mi auguro utili per la datazione.
La ringrazio infinitamente

PS:

Sono alla ricerca di un collettore di scarico "F" script, qualcuno mi può aiutare?

Buonasera Maurizio, buonasera a tutti..
Ho trovato il talloncino richiesto, che sembra riportare "F8, I/T " ?
Mi auguro che questo possa essereLe utile..
Il motore è tornato dalla rettifica, dove è stato parzialmente assemblato, pistoni, bielle, albero motore, albero a cammes, bronzine....lo completerò io, in azienda.
Abbiamo provveduto anche, al lavaggio dei differenziali Ford e delle balestre; pensate, la vernice arancione, con l'alta pressione e l'acqua calda, si è staccata quasi totalmente, mentre l' O.D. è rimasto al suo posto...
Il tutto passerà poi in sabbiatura, anticorrosivo e smontaggio per revisione per quanto riguarda i ponti, mentre le balestre, smontate, sabbiate, verniciate, messe in misura, etc...

Maurizio mi raccomando mi dia delle buone notizie.

diciamo che per andare proprio d'accordo con la tua scocca (fine '43, se ben ricordo) il gruppo data avrebbe dovuto essere scritto per esteso come sul precedente monoblocco..

ma, davvero, non mi farei troppe seghe mentali... la tua rettifica sembra aver fatto un bel lavoro!... :) ..adesso montalo!

notizia buona;temevo fosse, un ...fine guerra,o giu' di li'.Reputo la cosa positiva,fosse stato coevo...Mi accontento,anche perche' molti monoblocchi sono rotti ,crepati,usurati etc etc.Faccio, di necessita' virtu'.

Buonasera ragazzi,come va?
Abbiamo proceduto con la sabbiatura dei ponti e relativa verniciatura, con fondo; pronti per la revisione.
Il motore è in assemblaggio, abbiamo anche "assemblato" per prova: telaio, body, fender..... per le varie verifiche, prima della pitturazione di questi ultimi componenti.
Devo dire che a parte la griglia e il cofano , che hanno necessitato di un grande lavorio , il resto si è "accoppiato" abbastanza agevolmente, ora un pò di foto..

Bravo bel lavoro pero mi sembra che vicino alla scocca manca qualche buco , controlla bene prima di verniciarla...
oppure magari ci sono e in foto non si vedono
