Here are some photos of a commission build I have just about completed for a guy who served on these vehicles.

The brown is to simulate the mud which was applied as a camouflage pattern before we went to the current 3 colour scheme we use today.

The sticks are to simulate the poles for the camouflage net before cutting down trees for these got environmentally bad.

This is a unique Aussie variation of the M113.

Very nice work. I am working on an M577 like one I was Chief of in 1978-80 in Gemrany. Thanks for posting.

Ah the M577... The tricky part of the kits of them is getting rid of the join where the peices of the M577 join to the standard M113 kit parts, what I do is cut the sides off the kit hull and build new sides, I have one I have done and it is still unpainted I will post a photo.
