WTB: CARC black and brown

I am in need of two gallons black and one gallon of brown CARC type 9 or 2 that is not past it's expiration date.

CARC paint is some nasty stuff this is a alternative Gillespie coatings inc 383 brown, black, green

You can order the water base type 2 through Sherwin Williams that’s where I got my green from

I went to the local SW with the part numbers for some Type 4. He said he would get them for me. He never called. I went back the next weekend. He said I was not allowed to buy that. They could have called me.

I can get the type 9 from a local fab shop that gets it from SW but it seems they have a 4 gallon minimum order. I don't want to spend $400 each getting the black and brown I need especially since it only lasts for 18 months in the sealed can. Is the type 2 available by the gallon?

Are you guys running night ops or some special operations you need that type paint, I'm just curious? I served 20 yrs and we didn't give Crimp One Off what type of paint we used, :mrgreen:
