Reupholstered hmmwv seat cushions
I recently painted my 1986 M998 and reupholstered the seat cushions. I used shelter halves for the material. They're water repellent and mildew resistant. I think they came out pretty good. I have hundreds of shelter halves if anyone needs any.

4-man Bulkhead Brackets
J:
Do you have the side brackets for the 4 man bulkhead. I have the bulkhead, I need the brackets that bolt or riv to the sides of the fenderwells that the b-head slides down into.
Thanks,
Freddie

The drawing makes it look like an angled piece (brackets, lower) that fits behing the panel and goes from the floor to the top of the fenders. The angles, rail are in front of the bulkhead at the top rail. The rail covers the bulkhead and looks to be used to attach the top to.
5938775 panel, lower back $53.70
5938787 bracket, lower back panel LH $7.26
5938788 bracket, lower back panel RH $7.26
5938792p angle, rail to wheelhouse LH $9.54
5939304 angle, rail to wheelhouse RH $7.92
5938790 rail assembly, upper rear $45.90
5938789a bracket, cargo floor $28.20
5939988 seal, cargo floor/back panel $3.20
12339355-1 rivet (75) $0.25 each

Re: Reupholstered hmmwv seat cushions
Jason,
thanks for posting the part numbers as I am in the process of adding a 4 man bulkhead and want to seal the floor. I understand the bottom flange and I take it uses a rope looking seal? but not sure on the other parts and I can not find a picture or reference in the tm's.
I have the bulkead and U brackets.
Can you point me in the right direction to which tm or post a pic with all these other parts you referenced?

Juan,
Floor seal uses that rope bit and the corrugated aluminum flashing. Seals the center (supposed to but not really). In Louisiana all bets are off with rain 4 man bulkhead used the bulkhead, and the two R/L brackets. Bolts in with Philips 'V' cup 1/4-20 Stainless screws from Home Depot. I used a piece of flat bar as a backer in the wheel well.. bolting through standard aluminum is pretty weak. Divider needed some buffing on sides... to rough to slide in and out of bracket.

Re: Reupholstered hmmwv seat cushions
Thanks as I have not test fit yet. I also have some armor fender liners 12446913-2 I was going to install at the same time that already have the holes drilled for the bulkhead brackets. I did not think of reinforcing the other side but have some scrap flatbar that would do the trick.
I managed to get both factory brackets. Is there a clearance issue as I saw someone else post about grinding also? Is the factory bracket too narrow? If mine don't work; I will get back to you.
Do you have the flashing or seal as bluehummer cancelled my order?

I had Dave Pizzaferrato at WeeBee Webbing make me some cordura nylon high back seat covers that are so much easier to keep clean than cotton not to mention how much better they hold up..
Action, Do you have any of the panels that seal the area below the B pillar? Between the front and read footwells.

Re: Reupholstered hmmwv seat cushions
I do somewhere...packed up from when I moved to Fl last year. They are military parts and are basically flat aluminum with a 1" wide bend at the bottom to attach to the floor, and the sides are cut to fit the tunnel and other side.
The part numbers I listed here 11 years ago are civilian numbers. They should be available from any vendor. Try Adventure Accessories. They usually are cheaper than the others.
