Don't you hate it when people try to sell a vehicle and they don't show the engine compartment, Maybe theres a reason he didn't

What is that thing riding the passenger side wheel well?

Did nobody notice the flares on the rear fenders? That's early prototype stuff...... probably IS the only one!!!!
