Pre-WW2 military bed?

Fell on this while doing a little recreational surfing. It is not mine nor do I have any connection.

Isn't the bed on this truck a Garwood like those found on 1930's 1 1/2 ton Chevrolet and Dodge military trucks?

It could be a diamond in the rough, but bring your chainsaw to extract this one.

I think you're right. I believe I've seen that bed on both Dodge and Chevrolet military 1.5 tons around 1937
