Seems to have spent some time in water. I'd love to find out more about this aircraft. Considering the shape some of the wrecks brought out from Russia are in, and the prices these "restorable" aircraft fetch 250.000 USD seems cheap. Most items seem to be present including engine etc...

So in looking at the history of this aircraft in the year 2011 it is in Chino Ca. Now it is in France for sale on Ebay. (The listing has been pulled by the owner as it is not for sale at this time.) From Russia to the USA and now back in France. Bet theres a story in that.
