1964 Gaz 69 possably for sale in TX

I have that thing sitting around for way too long without use....

Its in great shape considering the age
but not very usefull, at least to me,

so,
I have 2 options here,
1. sell it
2, remove body from frame and remount on something more modern(frame and drivetrain wise)

so first, any one has any interest in buying it?....the price will be about $6k
and 2nd, any thoughts on "modernizing" it?
