WWII Willys MB Ford GPW Jeep Early Windshield - No Rifle Mount Brackets

I have an early windshield for a WWII Willys MB or Ford GPW Jeep. This doesn't have any of the brackets for the rifle mount. The inner windshield frame is shot and the glass is cracked. The outer frame is in really good shape. There is no rot and very little surface rust. The inner windshield arms are complete and move but the knobs are frozen. It has a wiper motor that may be original because there is still a piece of vacuum tubing running up the windshield to it and the tubing matches an original I have. The latches move but are stiff. There are a few drilled holes in the skin, but those can be repaired easily. It still has the top snaps on it. The wingnut with the bracket is frozen, and the other one broken and frozen.
