Heller Brothers Catalog of Tools----Late '41
I thought I'd post some photos from this late '41 Heller catalog. I focused on tools that may have been included in the GMTK.

While trying to learn whether Heller dropped the horse logo for the HELLER US logo pictured above for wartime production I found this: https://www.trademarkia.com/excelsior-71595461.html
On Saturday, April 8, 1950, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for EXCELSIOR by HELLER BROTHERS COMPANY, NEWARK. The USPTO has given the EXCELSIOR trademark serial number of 71595461. The current federal status of this trademark filing is EXPIRED. The correspondent listed for EXCELSIOR is ? of *****, *****, ***** ***** . The EXCELSIOR trademark is filed in the category of Yarns and Threads . The description provided to the USPTO for EXCELSIOR is FILES.

Even though the trademark wasn't applied for until 1950, the USPTO site indicates that the first use was 1920 for the EXCELSIOR name. Maybe Heller just wanted to/needed to protect it's use for whatever reason around 1950?
