#645609 lug nut wrench ?

I found the lower lug nut wrench at a swap meet 2 days ago. It's now been cleaned and painted OD the same as the WO-A348 above it.

It is unmarked, it is 13/16" not 3/4", and it is shorter in height, but the same length.

Is this a CJ2A part #645609 WRENCH, socket, wheel nut, 13/16" (After Serial No. 168642) ?

Or is #645609 the same exact height as the WO-A348 ?

645609 is the Willys Part Number for the Civilian Jeep Wheel Wrench used on CJ's Trucks and Wagons having the later 13/16" Wheel Nuts. It's a good find.

645609 is in the CJ Parts Manuals, paint it black.
