ebrake handle rivet

Finally got repairs done to my e-brake mount and wondering where to get the rivet to mount the handle to the shaft. Do I need a special tool or can I just beet the hell out of it? Thanks in advance-

I believe the handle is secured to the tube via two special set screws (or set pins...can't think of what they're called) like those used on the Willys frame tag, only a different size.

"Drive Screws" or "Drive Rivets" are what they are called.
