I don't know about the cost of importing stuff from the EU, England (still) in this case, to Brazil.

I have used, and still use, a full tarpaulin cover for my 1945 Dodge WC51made by John & Mary Worthing since I bought it in 1993 (!). I have applied new water proofing once, a few years ago, but otherwise it's holding up fine. The sun has bleached it over the years,of course, but otherwise it's in perfect condition.

Enclosed are two photos showing my Dodge with the Worthing canvas. Still in good shape. If you look close enough you'll see two things: A The Braziliam Flag, and B/ The markings on the bumper for an ambulance belonging to the FEB, Força Expedicionária Brasileira, and C/ The knickname painted on top of the radiator "Zé Carioca", the friendly little parrot from Rio de Janiero (where, it just so happens, the FEB medical unit came from)

I agree with you Goran, Worthing canvas for me is the best. So is the smell of it.

I am not sure about the shipping costs being much of a factor from the UK to the USA....but Farrell Fox right here on G503 is making some fantastic canvas these days for the VERY particular collector....the correct hardware being the problem of course!

I have WeeBee Webbing seats, windshield cover and trailer cover and can attest to it being quality canvas....the hardware on the cover is the Lift-the-Dot style though.

I think the quality for the Worthing (Canvasco) canvas speaks for itself. The canvas on my Dodge WC51 hasn't shrunk more than a fraction when it was brand new and dried out after its first heavy rain, in 1994, that stretched the canvas over the bows, it's kept its form for 24 years (!) The raw leather corner reinforcements are still as good as when the canvas was new. I have replaced some of the manila ropes, but that goes without saying.

Worthing's are very good, but you also have Allied Forces Canvas here in the UK who's IMO Jeeps Top is even better.
