Transfer case rubber boot interference

Post by Fritter » Tue Jul 18, 2017 11:17 pm

Has anyone experienced difficulty (interference) shifting the transfer case levers due to the rubber boot? I cannot remember where I got the rubber boot I have, but there is so much rubber material between the two shift levers that it is rather difficult to shift them correctly. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.
Thanks,
Fritter

I had some like that once. I believe a cut away some rubber until I found a better boot.
