Have to flip it to the other side to finish. Requires a little more than one person for safety reasons.

Bought an engine crane last weekend for that exact reason :D

Cheaper than paying people in beers. And more beers for me!

Hell yeah. I just get a little nervous with my past incidents. I tend to try and do everything myself. I am kinda running out of body parts to repair...

You know I should have answer this with the following. (As lt.luke can attest for) Beers are cheaper than an MRI + surgery and/or stitches...

Yeah....ouch!

You’re definitely doing the right thing by restoring your original tub and replacing as little sheet metal as possible. Looking forward to seeing more photos of your tub work!

I hope your hand is healing well!!!!

Made a strip of hat channel. I will cut the appropriate size off of the new piece and repair the existing hat channel.

This weekend's progress. I actually got more done that it shows. I will have to take more pictures later. Forgive the cluttered shop. Need a cleaning day or a cleaning lady. lol

What a more fitting way to spent the day then working on my WW2 jeep in honor of those who lost their lives in Pearl. Thank you to all that have served.
