Thanks dpcd67
I remeasured the frame and the 51 inches is on the money and the height is 15 1/2 plus or minus a 1/6 to a 1/8 inch . i looked at a few WC63's and the center handle is positioned the same , the pivots look the same with the dimple in it and it has two holes for the windshield wipers. this frame is almost perfect and has very nice glass. guess i'll try to sell it to get a inner frame for my gpw . thanks again. Ken
PS. on the forum i'm a PFC but if i keep asking tons of questions shouldn't i be busted down to a private ?

You can keep your rank. For now. I haven't busted a PFC for a few years now so don't worry, but I do still have the Article 15 forms memorized. I didn't have to read them; I could recite it by heart. And you realize that the punishment can include a combination of, reduction in grade, forfeiture of pay, restriction, and extra duty.

And it is just as valuable as the similar Jeep inner windshield. Offer it up for trade.
