Nothing new here I have seen hundreds and I am sure nearly everyone here has seen wrapped MS antenna sections and most are depot repacks not factory.

I was looking to buy just a MS-51 from a fellow club member and ended up with,
> 4xMS 53
> 4xMS 52
> 3xMS 51
> 3xMS 50
> 4xMS 49
>4xclamps
> With Bag BG 56-A
> assorted headsets and microphones

100 bucks for the lot.........I think I did good!

Yep, that was a definite bargain. Too bad that you didn't get about three times as many MS-51's. :) Jeep and Dodge owners who don't install the clamps lose those regularly. Some years ago, I sold a WC-something four of them one at a time over the course of two years. He finally bought a pair of clamps with the fourth one and I haven't heard from him since. At least on that subject.

Too funny, I got a great deal from a forum member on a NOS MP-48 base and MP-50 mount, 250.00 and he threw in the base cover and one each Ms-52-53 for free. Currently waiting on the repop FT-250 radio mount so I can start installing the radio set up in my '43 willys.
