MP-48-A and BG-108. How often have you seen that in NOS condition?
The shame is, I can't use it for may SCR-506-A. I need a MP-57 and a BG-67-A. So I'm on the search...

Re: MP-48-A and BG-108
Until you sell the MP-48-A, I would recommend that you uncoil the W-128 cordage and stretch it out.
I no longer have any MP-37 or MP-57 left but I do have several NOS BG-67 and BG-67-A. Price $25.00. MC-424, 423 and 422. Price $5.00 each or $4.00 each for three or more (same number or assorted). Unfortunately, I have no MC-421. For some reason, those are quite scarce. In over 55 years, I've only ever had two. IN-86-A $12.50. RP-5 $0.50/foot. All plus shipping.
Also, I have some addition background information on the question of whether SCR-506, 508, 608 installations should have a CH-74-A or the appropriate canvas cover. I've been informed that if the radio installation required in the 3/4 Ton Command Car includes SCR-510 or SCR-610, with or without RC-58, the canvas cover and adapter plate are required because with the CH-74 installed, it is not possible to install or remove the small radio and/or vibrator power supply because there is insufficient room to close or open the latches on the right side of the 510/610. To do so with the later installation with the canvas cover instead of the CH-74, you must first remove the cover and then remove either the BC-652 receiver or the BC-604/684 transmitter.

Re: MP-48-A and BG-108
A nice MP-57 I have found. BG 67-A would be nice to get a perfect one.
I understand that the canvas cover would be the more useful part. But now I like the Ch-74-A much more. It's your fault. It will be only for display. It is not allowed to have a working radio here in Germany without a license. And for me is the vintage vehicle part much more interesting.
My antenna clamps.

Good find. Condition looks good. Too bad that most of the contents are missing. Is there anything under the tray?
