TM 11-2715 (Reprint $20.00 plus shipping) has legible drawings for hole locations. Besides the FT-250, you will also need Bracket FT-419 and FT-420 to support the front of the FT-250. If Tom Campbell doesn't have any, I have one pair of Repro's available.

Packer,
Tom Campbell, who makes Repro FT-250's (and nice ones, I might add), sends a supplement sheet out with his Mounts that would probably answer your questions. If you ask him, he might send you a copy.

And so do I, for that matter. Had the question been answerable in prose, I would probably have answered it. But in this case, you need one or the other of the pertinent drawings.
