Over the service life of the M3, there were several antenna mast bases and mast sections used. Which ones would be a matter of what year they were installed and for which radios they were installed. Mast bases that were or could have been used from about 1940 through the end of WW-II were MP-48, MP-48-A and AB-15/U for the VHF FM sets and MP-37, MP-57 and MP-65 for HF sets. The latter three were probably uncommon in an M3. As Brian indicated, they are all (except for the AB-15/U because it remained in service into the Vietnam War) pretty expensive.
