Bazooka Tubes and Frag Grenade Tubes FS - Photos
Greetings from the Arcadia Ordnance Depot!
I am back in town and can now get back to taking and fulfilling orders for my reproduction WWII 2.36 inch bazooka rocket and Mk II fragmentation grenade fiber shipping tubes.
I started selling these in September. I have about 25 of the 3 tube bazooka tube sets remaining – and about a dozen of the 5 tube frag grenade tube sets left.
(FYI: I have sold out of the 37mm cannon projectile tubes.)
These tubes are the correct size and diameter. Best of all, the end caps are steel embossed with the proper WWII nomenclature. These are not mailing tubes with plastic end-caps pretending to be ammo tubes. These are custom-made thick cardboard tubes wrapped in black kraft paper that I’ve even lacquered to give them a bit more weatherproofing. Rockets and grenades fit inside the tubes as they were supposed to. I’ve even dropped a small felt square in the bottom of each tube like the originals.
The sealing tapes have the correct nomenclature rubber stamped on “Ordnance Dept. Yellow” fabric tape. The tapes are sent to you on a temporary backing so you can seal your tubes if/whenever you wish.
Bazooka:
Bazooka Prices:
End cap embossed: Container M87
3 bazooka tubes and three sealing tapes for $110 and the shipping is free in the US.
For you M20 armored car fans, here's a deal: 8 tubes and tapes for $210 and free shipping in the US. (ordering instructions at the end of this post)
Frag Grenade Tubes:
Frag Tube Prices:
End cap is embossed: "Hand Grenade , MK, II Container M41". Each lid is also stamped with "FRAG TNT" in white ink like originals.
Price: 5 frag tubes and five tapes for $65 with free shipping in the US. 10 frag tubes and 10 tapes for $100 and free shipping in the US.
TO ORDER: please email me at rob@thesignaldepot.com. (My PM inbox here on the G gets filled too fast so please just email me directly at the signal depot). Also, email me your shipping address. I take paypal, and checks from G members. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact me about specific shipping costs.
Thanks for checking out my replica ammunition tubes.

Having some of these tubes (and an original grenade tube to compare the reproduction to), I must say these are simply the best reproductions anyone could possibly make. They're worth every penny, especially the rocket tubes, as originals are just impossible to find.

Hey, what can I say, when something is done really well, I want folks to know! It'd be easy to dismiss these if you haven't seen them in person as there are a lot of so-so reproductions of various things out there. I know I hold off on buying reproduction things until I can see them in person (sometimes forever). Trust me, if you did a bad job on these, I'd probably be equally as vocal the opposite direction.RobL wrote:With your comments here on the "G", and your sales pitch at the recent MVPA convention up in Portland, you've become the Arcadia Ordnance Depot's defacto One-Man Marketing Department. Thanks again.

I was wondering if anyone with one (or more) of these could provide a weight for the fiber container, M87 - I assume these do contain the spacer (plywood) in the nose end?
Also the (empty) weight of the WW2 20 round box would be great.

Friend,
I know it's been a while, but do you still have any of the bazooka tubes or frag grenade tubes?
Thanks
Matt

yes, a new batch was made following the Fury film, and I still have BZ, and 60mm tubes for sale. As well as a handful of Frag tubes.
PM me with your interests.
Wow, this post started 6 years ago?!

The difference there is that Rob's stuff is just as good the day it was made, though.42GPW wrote:Its like a fine wine Rob.
can't say enough kind words about Ron's work. Yeah, some of it ain't cheap, but you truly get what you pay for and nobody has come close to making nearly as accurate stuff as Rob does.
Whenever i take anything Rob has made to a display, I always get someone freaking out at the sight of whatever he's made and the spastic question, "Where's you find that in brand new condition?!?"
