Looking for a Replica/Dummy 30 Cal

Post by alphado » Wed Oct 18, 2017 4:22 am

My Willys MB came with a pedestal mount, looks bad without a gun mounted. Do not want to spend a fortune if I can help it.

I have one coming from Rogue island arsenal, a M1919A4, for my M37. Seems to be a very authentic gun.

Its like "Man-Law" that you can't have an Army truck without a gun on it. 8)

Those 30's look great, Lucky! Do you do an M2HB kit same concept?

I highly recommend the dummy kit from Lucky13

I also highly recommend the kit. I got one and built it up with GREAT results. But.... you have to be able to weld and rivet Keep in mind, however, even with the kit, you still have to source your own rear plate, handle, top plate and top cover, charging handle, barrel, barrel shroud and booster.

If you don't want to build your own. I highly recommend going with Rogue Island Arsenal also. Rollin Lofdahl is one of the great experts on Browning 30 cal machineguns and his attention to detail on reproductions can do nothing but add to your cared for and restored vehicle look its best. His research into rare models and reproduction of hard to find parts is second to none. So if you want a dummy or a semi auto live gun, and you want the absolute best, look no further.
