CNC Plasma Cut Gun Sihlouettes

Post by Andy Cole » Mon Jun 19, 2017 5:23 pm

I have access to a CNC plasma cutter. I have used it for about 10 years. Recently the idea came to me to program a few gun silhouettes.

I have the 1917a1, the 1919a4, and the M1 Garand programmed. Every gun room, reloading room, man cave or garage needs at least one!

I am working on the Right and left side plates for making dummy .30 caliber beltfeds and M2HB's.
I am also almost complete with the programming of the right and left side plates for making pseudo 1917a1 cradles.

Below are pics of some that have already been ordered by others. However I can cut any of them as needed now that I have the program complete and saved.

These are 24 inches long. That is the max length that will fit in a USPS priority mail "board game" flat rate box. Thickness is generally 16 gauge mild steel unless you request something thicker. I've shipped as many as three in a box with no issues.

Most want them in the raw so that they can put their own finish on them. I can throw a basic coat of rattle can black on them if you want. I can even parkerize them, but that is extra.

I can put house numbers or names in the garand stock or water jacket if they fit. The pic of the water cooled is an example of that. You'll have to ask for a quote on that.

The Garand is $50 shipped. US postal money orders or PayPal.
The 1919a4 and 1917a1's are $68 shipped, or $100 a set shipped. These take longer to cut, especially the 1919a4, and take longer to clean.

That is sooooo "I want it!" worthy

I'd be really interested in the side plates for the M1919 and the M2 once you get there. I'd be ordering a couple of each, due to the high cost of shipping just a pair to Sweden, where I live. Please sign me up: goran_noren[at]yahoo[dot]com. Thnkx

We have extremely tough gun laws in this country, and if you wanna have a gun on your vehicle, MB/GPW, Dodge WC or GMC CCKW, you have to weld it together yourself.

Move to USA or Checz republic once they pass their new law.
Don't go to California though until we sort some 2nd amendment issues with the liberals; limiters that is.

Lived in the US a couple of years, on the East Coast and loved it. May take you up on it.
