WTK - what type of ammo boxes are these....

it looks similar to the two boxes that were mounted on the V100 armored car we used in viet nam. they fed a twin barreled machine gun installed in the turret. i could be mistaken, that was a long time ago.

Vickers ammo box for tanks usually painted white but that one is missing the leather strap to lock lid, see attached pic. Are you selling all at once or 1 at a time? I bought one on eBay last month for $55 so without strap somewhere south of that. Do you have any belts to go with it?

It's a Vickers gun, box, ammo No.10, as said they were white for use in AFVs like the universal carrier, British tanks were fitted with the 7.92mm BESA and the .30 1919A4.
Ford GPW 6008, in slow process of restoration.

20 years in the Airforce with 10 more to go.

We have 20 in the rental dept.....not much call for those - will to sell up to 4. Willl ell theones with good leather locks for the lids.....
$50 for one $90 for two $175 for four plus some shipping (actual) from 87114
