Good luck. I'm not aware of any of the WW2 Class 150 Cardox crash trucks that have survived intact. There is a Sterling DDS225 that is just a cab and chassis in the northeast, New York maybe, but the Cardox equipment is long gone. The truck is on the rough side too. Reo also built a Cardox crash truck, the 29FF, which was based the 29XS F1 tractor chassis. There might be a couple of these trucks around, I know of at least one in Iowa, I think, but again the Cardox equipment is long gone and the truck is pretty rough. Having said all this, rare WW2 trucks are still turning up so you never know what might be out there.

Here is the Reo crash truck. Some of the survivors still have that hoop around the windshield.

If you are willing to settle for a Class 155 crash truck you might have better luck. I know there is at least one left, and perhaps another, on the Kenworth M1 chassis. There was also a version built on the Brockway 666 chassis but I'm not sure of any survivors. Years ago there was a Brockway in a Florida surplus yard, Parramore's, but it was pretty rough 20 years ago. There is a lot more information on military crash trucks on Ted Heinbuch's site.
