Is G506 cab same as Chevy Pick up?

Just seeing what parts are available and from whom. I noticed when I searched Chevy 1 1/2 ton trucks for the war years, several trim, weather striping, seals, gaskets, etc., come up but they also indicate they will fit Chevy pick up trucks of the same war years.
I didn't think Chevy made pick up trucks during the war years, so the question is . . .

Is the cab on the G506, basically the same cab as a Chevy pick up of the same vintage?

1941-1946 cabs are the same. Some civilian trucks were made before the war ended. Late !940 cabs are only slightly different.

The hardware for attaching the cab to the frame is different.

So, on door weather striping, window gaskets, front and rear, windshield frame rubber, door hardware screws, etc., if it says it will fit a 1943 Chevy pick up, it should fit?

Don't know if I'm reading the responses that all 1 1/2 ton cabs through the war years are the same, or if all Chevy truck cabs, regardless of size rating, are the same.

The sheet metal cab and doors are all the same, the civilian windshield has a regulator the military does not. As far as I know all the Glass and rubber gaskets are the same. The early trucks had civilian gauges the later had the round military ones. Is your cab all rusted out?
