While I won't say it is impossible, is say that most of what you're saying is frankly unlikely. MV specialists in the insurance industry? Really? We have such a niche market that I doubt the juice is worth the squeeze to have a true expert. Having an MV that was involved in a stationary accident, I had to inform the adjuster as to what was damaged on the haul trailer AND the MV CJ3B on top.Ben Dover wrote:You have a surprise coming, law enforcement takes part in motor vehicle autopsies every day, they have decades of experience. Insurance companies also act on behalf of the plaintiff, and there are engineers that specialize in MV accidents.
As far as LEOs with "decades of experience" sure there are some. But a cop with 75+ years on the job? I'll outrun him in a foot chase till ah shoots me! Most LEOs that I've run into probably couldn't start my jeep, let alone have the skill necessary to drive anything with too many pedals.
Can't remember how many people, in and out of uniform, that I have quit or avoided arguing with them that they didn't "drive one just like that back in the service in the 80's/90's....
