My Halftrack at an Early Morning Prayer Breakfast for Veterans
Hello,
Here are some pictures of my Half -Track at a Prayer Breakfast,
November 11,2016 . It was her first official function !!!!!
It was organized and hosted by a very good restaurant on a Lake Weir, here in Florida.
It was a big event, and ALL receipts went to the Wounded Warrior Project Organization.
The Honor Guard was the best I have ever seen, they are a Junior ROTC unit from a local high school.
They did a fantastic professional job, with all branches of the Military represented.
Many Veterans were in attendance.
It was a very nice event to thank the local veterans and remember all who sacrificed for our country.
A manager there asked me if I would mind bringing it there for the now annual event.
I said absolutely, and took it there a day ahead of time
The last photo was along the Federal Highway at the Military Vehicle Rally where I parked the Track for traffic to see that year
It is an Autocar :
Yes it was a good year indeed, Bigly
Best Regards,
Ray

Re: My Halftrack at an Early Morning Prayer Breakfast for Veterans
Hello,
Thanks for all the nice replies !!!
We really had a great morning there with the Veterans and their kids.
I had some old shell casings in the track that I gave to all the kids who asked about them.
It was its first outing and was a great use for the Halftrack.
I am looking forward to next November 11 !!
General Patton's birthday by the way
PS- The tracks are original 1944, and I have obtained correct rims for the front now.
Still holding up
Best Regards,
Ray
