BSA front wheel bearings

Post by Robbby84 » Thu Apr 27, 2017 10:40 pm

Hi all,

my brother's BSA M20 needs a new set of bearings for the front wheel hub.

Code should be 1178X/1120NI ( I think) , part number 24-6860

There's a place ( in Europe) where to buy these kind of bearings at a reasonable price?

Thank you in advance!
Rob

Hi Robby,
That's not good news for your brother :( There has been a post on Henks site about bearings. I noticed in the photo that you had the bike sat on the mudguard. I don't know if you know?, but the rear mudguard stay, is also a stand. It should fold down, when you undo the nut in the middle of the guard.

Russell Motors are in London, but you may already know that. Draganfly sell them cheaper, but I wouldn't be sure on the quality.

Hope this helped? good luck, glad I don't need any for mine.
