Does anyone have an extra throttle adjust bracket? It's the bracket that you slip over the brass butterfly 'tab', allowing you to screw in/out against the throttle stop Picture borrowed from The CJ3A Page, and reads PATENT

It doesn't slip on, it's staked onto the end of the shaft. BW
