Unknown Tail Light...CJ2A?

Post by AirMechanic » Thu Jul 20, 2017 9:22 am

I bought a box lot of misc items at an auction recently and found this light in the box. I believe it is an original CJ2A tail light, but I'm not really sure. It is marked NACO STANDARD. Can any tell me what this light is? The condition is a little salty as well. Would this piece still have any value? Any help is appreciated!

Not original, sorry to say.

CJ-2A did use a Naco Standard tail light, but with vertical mounting studs.

NOS CJ-2A tail lights

Lights w/horizontal studs, like yours, were used on many other makes of vehicle. They are not uncommon, showing up on ebay 2-3 times a month, with prices from $20 to $100, depending on condition & completeness, and the higher priced don't sell very well.

Given your lamps condition, not worth much.
