I went with the Arrowhead MVPA to the Fort Worth Veterans Day Parade!

There was one photo taken, but I did not get it.

A WW II Battle of the Bulge First Sergeant gave me his 1945 MB a couple of years ago.

He now lives at a local retirement home. They were having a breakfast for the veterans living there. He asked me to bring the jeep.

Of course, I did. What else could I do?

The director of the facility saw it sitting out front and asked to go for a ride. Again, what else could I do? We went for a ride after one of the staff members took our picture.



Oh, did I forget to mention that it was 19 degrees outside! :shock:

Not 19 degrees, but the high 30's and the wind blowing it felt like 19. but we all enjoyed it. we ended up with 11 vech's from our club for the parade, wish I had taken more pic's. the chevy. fire truck is from one of our new member's, it is all org. the water pump still work's, just beautiful.

Did not get pics this year, temp was low 30's and very windy, it was first time I ever buttoned up my M-38A1 and took advantage of the heater during a parade.
