Heads Up. No JeepDraw during SEPTEMBER

Post by Jon » Thu Aug 17, 2017 12:29 pm

Heads up.
I'll be away for a month or so as I'm taking a road trip with one of my lads.
We're heading into the Wilds of Cape York again.

So no JeepDraw Requests will be processed from the end of August until the end of September

How can I disappoint this smiling face....and we just finished doing up this old Landy to take with us just to make it more interesting.

If we get stuck.... no worries, we won't die of thirst......

Working up to taking the GPW. First trip was in a fully equipped modern 4 x 4, tha was 2 years ago, now this, if it works out then we'll consider the jeep.

Looks like you better stop by the pub, don't remember the name. Kings Inn ?? The one close to the outback that has a map printed on the napkins. Looks like you might need one !!
Have fun !!

I scrolled through the pics rather quickly at first. When I reached the last post, I went back up more slowly. That was when I saw the jerry cans...

Mark, had an absolute ball mate...... 7872km just doing the edges of the State, the old landy never missed a beat, and thankfully, never needed assistance.

High adventure for the Mighty! Looks like a daring and very rewarding trip, Jon. Glad you and your son made it back home safe and sound, as you two were poking Fate in the eye with a hot charred stick. :D :D
