Re: installing passenger side mirror
If I was doing it, I'd buy a mirror kit and attach it like it fits on the drivers side under the windshield mount bolts.
(Note: I looked for the item on Rons site 1st, he does not sell MUTT parts)

That or attach a mirror to the large hardware spring clamp (any hardware store) on the bottom side of the front windshield, removing it when you display the vehicle.
My 1942 Command Car has a small convex mirror attached through the windshield pivot arm so I can merge right, removable with a wingnut, I don't want to modify the vehicle.

Re: installing passenger side mirror
The problem is accessing those nuts on the back of the windshield hinge on the passenger side with the heater in. It is not possible.

Re: installing passenger side mirror
Buy the bracket, redrill holes to match the vertical hinge section bolts,(those beside the glass) use slightly longer bolts on that section to pass through the new bracket.
Mirror flips down when windshield is lowered, but saved a day of pulling heater to access correct bolts.
