Parts Crossover information regarding steering linkages

Post by Duke113P » Sat Jan 07, 2017 5:22 am

Ok, not sure if this has been covered or put out or if you already know this. I wanted to inform MUTT owners that you can in fact removed a complete A2 front end assembly with the idler pitman arm on the right side and brackets and transfer it to an A1. Why would one do this? Well, these parts were given to me (huge thank you Joe!) And eventually I will return it to the A1 configuration. But for now it serves its purpose and they are good parts. So in case someone out there is having trouble sourcing that A1 u shaped idler arm on the right side that connects from the body to the pitman arm there is an alternative.
"Snakes... why did it have to be snakes?..."
