My FMTV M1094 built to War Pig configuration

Post by David Dunn » Mon Jun 03, 2013 11:57 am

A few pic of my FMTV representation of a War Pig built on a M1094 at its first public display at the Arcadia Memorial Day event.
I spend a better part of a year rebuilding this Air Drop dump truck into this configuration due to the damage done in the last landing it "didn't" drive away from
I was able to reconstruct most of the lower cab. Most all of the upper portions and the doors were pretty well mangled. I was able to locate some new doors and rework the windshield frame for street use, plus have custom mirrors made to suit plus made folding 3rd point shoulder belt brackets.... pesky DOT laws

Thanks for the photo link.

California requires vehicles to have a windshield, but I assume motorcycles don't have to.
Like the States that require vehicle passengers to wear seat belts, but motorcyclists don't have to wear helmets.
