Re: Airborne Equipment
REALLY could use a few photo closeups of the seat frame, it's looks identical to the Clarkair CA-1, and most of those are buggered up as they sit off the rear of the dozer and get crushed, so not many really good photos of them in unmolested condition.
Almost looks like a CA-1 would fit in the hopper there.
Really neat find.

Re: Airborne Equipment
I’m going down next week to pick it up and I’ll see if I can get some pictures when I get back. There is a pretty active Facebook group for the CA-1. I think your on the forum also?W. Re: Airborne Equipment
In and out of other forums, the G is my prime spot, I try to provide what little I have for CA-1 owners, but she's taken a back seat to the Liberty truck restoration (not happening till $$$ come in...sigh)
Thanks in advance for some photos, even if they are just for reference.

Re: Airborne Equipment
You know someone just messaged me out of the blue, asked me if I was interested? Well yeah! I really couldn’t afford it, especially after picking up the Letorneau, but how do you say no? I doubt I would ever run across another one.
